My name is Kery Rodriguez. I’m a multidisciplinary artist.

Based in Providence, Kery works in many different disciplines as an artist and DJ. He explores counterculture through fashion and printmaking, transforming garments into canvases for subversive art, much like a graffiti artist marking the urban landscape. The work he creates embraces imperfection, and transformation of what already exists.

His latest project expands on this belief by documenting PVD’s graffiti scene, not just the tags, but the institutional attempts to erase them. These cover-ups, often clumsy and unintentional, create compositions just as striking as the graffiti itself.
